Ladies and gentlemen, we’ve just updated the bookmarklet. It now looks more like the rest of the site, shows more information and is better in every regard.

It now features two modes:

1. Recommend. Select a part of a story, hit the bookmarklet and the quote will show up. You’ll see who else recommended this article, you can comment on your recommendation and choose a topic. It basically behaves like our extension for Google Chrome.
2. Save for later reading. read now and sending to kindle. If your account is in one of our beta programs, you’ll see those buttons in the upper left corner while a quote is selected. If you hit the bookmarklet without selecting a quote before, you’ll get a small menu that asks if you want to save this article for later reading or if you want to send it to your kindle.

You don’t have to do anything, if you’ve already installed the bookmarklet before. In case you haven’t, you find it here. Have fun playing around with the new bookmarklet. We hope you like it.
